Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Respect others and adhere to Sprouts' ethical standards.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks, multitask, and stay organized.
• Able to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly and walk several miles per shift.

Responsibilities

• Keep dairy cases, storage areas, and work areas clean and stocked.
• Assist customers with purchases and product selections.
• Inspect and log product shipments for temperature and quality.
• Ensure price tags and promotional material are accurate.
• Operate equipment such as scales, pallet jacks, and wrappers.
• Maintain product knowledge and department cleanliness.
• Follow safety, health, OSHA and regulatory guidelines.
