• This technician will need to be located in the Clovis, NM, Roswell, NM, or Lovington, NM area and will travel daily in a 150-200 mile radius to service Dairies in the area.
• This role requires being on call every 1-2 weeks.
• This person will be driving a company vehicle and must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.

The Dairy Technical Support position is responsible for providing high customer satisfaction through site selection, ongoing preventative maintenance, customer service, and user training of the Micro sanitation program. The role also includes sales support, influencing, and educating customers on product use to maximize value and sanitation revenue.

• Build trust and influence with customers, maintaining relationships with integrity.
• Provide preventative maintenance, onsite and remote service/support of Sanitation Systems and technologies.
• Optimize customer benefits, maximize uptime, troubleshoot, install parts, perform electrical work, plumbing, welding, and fabrication.
• Conduct site studies, transport equipment, and educate customers on sanitation products and software.
• Train customer staff, support sales efforts, and develop customer product plans.
• Communicate effectively, complete paperwork, follow safety procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, welding, and fabrication required.
• Experience with dairy operations, power tools, volt meters, reading electrical diagrams, and computer software beneficial.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; CDL preferred or obtainable.
• Availability for emergency calls, holiday and weekend coverage, and overnight travel.

Skills & Knowledge

• Physical ability for constant standing, hearing, hand/eye/foot coordination, frequent walking, lifting (75-100 lbs), and occasional sitting, talking, grasping.

Location & Schedule

• Located in Clovis, NM, Roswell, NM, or Lovington, NM, with daily travel within a 150-200 mile radius.
• On-call every 1-2 weeks, driving a company vehicle, passing Motor Vehicle Record check.
