Job summary

Patterson Companies is seeking a Driver – Diagnostic Lab to collect milk samples from dairy customers and transport them to the lab, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Delivery/route service, agricultural, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit dairy customers daily to collect milk samples as scheduled.
• Ensure samples are properly handled, documented, and prepared for lab testing.
• Deliver samples to the laboratory within required timeframes.
• Maintain positive relationships with dairy producers through professional customer interactions.
• Communicate schedules, service needs, and updates with customers and team.
• Keep accurate records of sample collection activities.
• Operate company vehicle safely and in accordance with policies.
