Darigold seeks a Senior Director, Dairy Commodity Risk Management to lead governance, trading strategy, and hedging across dairy products. You will oversee policy compliance, execute derivative transactions, and monitor risk limits to protect margins.

The role partners with B2B and finance teams and reports to the CFO with close collaboration to risk governance leaders. Bring 8+ years in commodity risk and a deep understanding of CME dairy futures, with CTRM systems experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Agricultural Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in commodity trading, risk management or derivatives.
• Deep understanding of CME dairy futures and options markets.
• Experience with CTRM systems and risk analytics.
• Knowledge of hedge accounting principles under ASC 815.

Responsabilidades

• Governance and policy compliance across risk management activities.
• Execute and monitor derivative transactions in dairy commodities.
• Manage VaR limits and daily mark-to-market valuations.
• Develop hedging strategies to protect margins.
• Provide risk analysis and reporting to senior management.
