Zusammenfassung

Darigold is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our Caldwell plant team. You will oversee daily laboratory operations, product quality, and regulatory compliance while partnering with Operations, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Corporate Quality to ensure specifications are met.

You will lead investigations, drive corrective actions, and maintain audit-ready records, with a focus on dairy products such as butter and milk concentrates.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of QA or laboratory experience in food manufacturing, dairy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dairy product quality, lab testing, and food safety systems.
• Experience with HACCP, GMPs, environmental monitoring, allergen control, and regulatory compliance.

Aufgaben

• Oversee lab testing, equipment calibration, quality control, sample management, and documentation.
• Review lab results, processing parameters, and production records; support holds and corrective actions.
• Lead HACCP and food safety programs; ensure audits and appendices are documented.
• Maintain audit-ready records, perform self-audits, and coordinate external audits.
• Lead investigations into nonconformances and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Review supplier COAs and coordinate corrective actions with teams and suppliers.
• Provide technical direction and coaching to lab and QA staff; train employees on quality requirements.
• Track quality metrics and communicate improvement opportunities to plant leadership.
