Job description

We are seeking 3 personnel: a 2nd shift Production Supervisor and two 3rd shift Production Supervisors in Vernon and Monroe Counties, Wisconsin, to join their leadership team and develop their management skills. Both companies are well-known food manufacturers that have been providing fresh, locally processed, high-quality products for over 30 years.

Responsibilities Include

1. Manage and coach the team to success, ensuring manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift.
2. Collaborate with other night shift departments.
3. Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulatory.
4. Ensure the safety of all employees.
5. Troubleshoot and work with the Maintenance team.
6. Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, including planning and issue resolution.

The Ideal Candidate Holds

1. 3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing facility, preferably dairy.
2. Highly motivated with excellent communication and leadership skills.
3. Ability to operate all equipment necessary for manufacturing operations.
4. Familiarity with data management programs.
5. Strong understanding of GMPs and Food Safety standards.
6. Leadership mindset, great communication skills, and drive.
