Job summary

Lifeway Foods Inc. is seeking a Vacation Relief Operator – Intake & Blending at Lifeway Waukesha to ensure dairy products meet PMO and SQF standards and to operate pasteurizer-related equipment in a fast-paced dairy production setting.

You will monitor batching, sanitation, and file clear, accurate records while complying with Lifeway Wisconsin policies. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for an 8-hour shift, and following SOPs/SSOPs along with food safety guidelines to maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• Proficiency with basic math and reporting.
• Experience with manufacturing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dairy production batching and processing.
• Perform pre-operational sanitation inspections.
• Run blender and related equipment for Kefir production.
• Load/unload and transport of food, ensuring cleanliness and product integrity.
• Record volumes of milk received and perform QA tests.
