Job summary

Ellsworth Creamery in Wisconsin’s East Ellsworth facility is hiring a Production General Laborer for full-time shifts (including 2nd and 3rd) with overtime and a benefits package. You will work on the cheese and whey production lines, ensuring quality, accurate filling, sealing, labeling, and safe handling of products.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, recording production data, loading/unloading trucks, and assisting with set-up and cleanup.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to read and follow directions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass forklift operations training.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line with focus on accuracy and daily output goals.
• Monitor product quality and ensure proper sealing and labeling.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Operate forklift safely and record production data as needed.
• Load and unload trucks; assist in set-up and cleanup operations.
• Perform minor maintenance on equipment as required.
• Assist in cheese and whey production tasks as needed.
