Schreiber Foods, Inc. is hiring for a full-time day shift position in Grand Rapids. The role involves a rotating schedule from 6:45 am to 7:00 pm with a starting pay of $25.15 per hour.

A $1,000 sign-on bonus and weekend premium apply, with benefits available from day one of hire. The position requires adherence to GMPs, safety protocols, and quality documentation. Ideal candidates will have at least one year in dairy manufacturing, LOTO certification, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in a food manufacturing environment required.
• Certification: Lockout Tagout (LOTO) certified; Better Process Control School Certification post-hire.

Responsabilités

• Understand and follow production and changeover schedules; adjust to avoid downtime.
• Plan and schedule transfers and CIP with operators; coordinate with shifts.
• Maintain, clean, and sanitize equipment; uphold MSS and 5S standards.
• Monitor sterile and non-sterile zones for leaks; ensure GMP/SOP adherence.
• Complete documentation using GDPs; track batch records, logs and forms.
• Identify CCPs and monitor temperature, pressure, and time.
• Meet production needs and goals; minimize shrink and downtime.
