Responsibilities

• Ensure the assigned line runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Start up, run and shutdown machinery for a 12-hour shift.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to maintain production flow.
• Verify product quality and correct identification.
• Document quality, safety, and productivity data.
• Complete required paperwork and ensure corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report concerns.
• Adhere to Food Safety Management System guidelines.
• Attend department meetings and trainings; perform other duties as needed.
