Job summary

Lehigh Valley Dairy seeks a skilled Machine Operator to setup, maintain and troubleshoot equipment while ensuring GMP compliance and timely production. You will process raw or finished materials and collaborate across departments to meet daily deadlines.

This position offers competitive pay ($30.58/hr base plus $0.25/hr night differential), a pension plan, holidays, personal days, vacation, and opportunities for career growth within a family-owned dairy farm environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and set up equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate operating issues.
• Process finished or raw materials following GMP.
• Communicate with all departments to meet daily deadlines.
