LALA Branded Products is hiring for a 3rd shift production operator in Omaha, NE. The role involves safely running lines, performing CIP/COP sanitation, and ensuring product quality across start-ups and production runs.

Starting pay is $24.78 per hour with a raise to $27.53 per hour after six months and a $1.25/hour shift differential. A $3,000 New Hire Bonus is offered and overtime may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in food manufacturing or preparation.
• Must pass post offer Drug and Background check.
• Must lift up to 60 lbs.
• Regular and prompt attendance during scheduled hours.

Responsabilités

• Safely set up, inspect and verify equipment for start-ups, run time, changeovers and shutdowns and implement action plans.
• Operate lines, tanks and equipment, prepare mix, conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot processing issues using SAP.
• Wash and set up lines and tanks for CIP, transfer bulk dairy products, receive bulk chemicals, pasteurize and ensure production lines are supplied.
• Direct sanitation: CIP/COP processes, sanitation and clean-out of place per SOPs.
• Support continuous process improvement and align goals with company strategies; report issues to prevent food safety/quality problems.

Shift Hours

3rd Shifthours are 11:30 PM - 7:00 AM Weekend and overtime work will be required based on production and operational needs.

Days of Week Scheduled(Monday through Saturday)May be subject to change based on operations and business necessity.

Pay

Starting pay $24.78 per hour. After six months, pay increase to $27.53per hour.

$1.25/hour shift differential between 6:0 p.m. and 6:0 a.m.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely set up, inspect and verify equipment for all start-ups, run time, changeovers and shutdowns. Perform all procedures in CIP, Panel Board, Batching and Culture Tank duties in accordance with established standards. Conduct and verify equipment adjustments. Evaluate issues and using business expertise, develop solutions and implement action plans.
• Use established product specification and standard operating procedures to set up and operate lines, tanks, equipment, prepare mix, and conduct quality inspections during specified stages of processing including the use of established forms and SAP business software. Troubleshoot and correct processing issues.
• Duties to include washing and set up of lines and tanks for CIP, transferring bulk dairy products (raw milk, condense skim and cream), receiving bulk chemicals, making yogurt mix and pasteurizing the mix, ensuring that production lines are supplied with product.
• Verify work areas are set up to begin sanitation process; schedule and initiate clean in place (CIP) process. Direct and perform equipment sanitation and clean out of place (COP) duties in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Consistently work to achieve goals that align with the company strategies. Demonstrate business expertise, build positive business partnerships and assist in developing continued process improvement plans.
• Shall be responsible for reporting and taking any necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

• Experience in food manufacturing or preparation.
• This position requires regular and prompt attendance during the working hours scheduled by the Department Manager.
• Must be able to pass post offer Drug and Background check
• Must lift up to 60 lbs.
