Responsibilities

• Operate in Process areas such as: Intake, Separator Room and Batching rooms.
• Operate cheese separators to remove whey and ensure uniform cream cheese per specs.
• Use computer to calculate material quantities for next day batch operations.
• Operate pasteurizing equipment to produce mix per calculations.
• Take samples and test solids; adjust to customer specs as needed.
• Complete paperwork for equipment settings, products produced, and work performed.
• Perform CIP, COP, and cleaning on tanks, lines, pasteurizer, vats.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

At West Bend, we specialize in cream cheese – that meet our customers’ needs and appeal to consumer tastes worldwide. ## **Rate of Pay:** * Up to $32.09 per hour based on experience.* Shift premium of $1.00 per hour for second shift and $2.00 per hour for third shift.* **$2,000 sign on bonus, paid in the first year, based on good employment standing for 3rd shift full time positions.** ## **Shift/Schedule:** * ## 1st Shift (6:00 am to 2:00 pm)* ## 2nd Shift (2:00 pm to 10:00 pm)* ## 3rd Shift (10:00 pm to 6:00 am) Work week offers a guaranteed 40 hours.Mandatory overtime is expected and weekend work is likely.
