At West Bend, we specialize in cream cheese – that meet our customers’ needs and appeal to consumer tastes worldwide. Responsibilities will be to manufacture, maintain, and process bulk dairy ingredients utilizing filling machines in accordance with Food Safety guidelines. Cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining equipment to company standards, forming boxes and packaging final product, operate pallet jacks and other general labor duties as assigned. ## **Rate of Pay:*** Up to $26.80 per hour based on experience.* Shift premium of $1.00 per hour for second shift and $2.00 per hour for third shift.* **$2,000 sign on bonus, paid in the first year, based on good employment standing for 3rd shift full time positions.** ## **Shift/Schedule:*** ## 1st Shift (6:00 am to 2:00 pm)* ## 2nd Shift (2:00 pm to 10:00 pm)* ## 3rd Shift (10:00 pm to 6:00 am) Work week offers a guaranteed 40 hours.Mandatory overtime is expected and weekend work is likely.
