Qualifications

• Minimum GED or High School Diploma required; related degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience as a Processor in the dairy industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive maintenance strategies for processing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Build a high-performing processing team through strategic hiring and onboarding in collaboration with HR.
• Design and deliver development programs to strengthen supervisory leadership and associate skills.
• Establish standardized work instructions and visual management across the processing department to improve quality and reliability.
• Manage labor and non-labor expenses in line with budgets and cost controls.
• Contribute to annual strategic planning and performance management.
