Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Operations Management or Manufacturing Engineering required.
• 3+ years dairy processing experience preferred, whey processing experience a plus.
• Strong data analysis and process improvement skills required.

Responsibilities

• Identify production inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Perform statistical analysis of lab and process data to identify trends.
• Develop and write SOPs for production and cleaning processes.
• Collaborate with plant, corporate and client personnel on production tasks.
