Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience or PhD with 3+ years in related fields.
• Knowledge of research principles and ability to design/perform controlled experiments.
• Strong knowledge of dairy processing and food ingredient manufacturing.
• Experience with experimental design, data analysis and basic statistics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across Sales, QA, Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with peers to deliver technical excellence.
• Lead development and scale-up of new processes/products.
• Design and conduct experiments using bench, pilot plant and scale equipment.
• Advance knowledge of dairy processing technologies and related processes.
• Transfer knowledge via SOPs and training for operations and manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot lab and plant processes as procedures are implemented.
• Support operations to achieve optimal process efficiency.
• Communicate findings via seminars, reports and training.
