Job summary

Cumberland Dairy is seeking a skilled Plant Sanitation Maintenance Technician to perform sanitation, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of CIP skids, production machines, and sanitizer systems. This role requires working with limited supervision and adherence to safety and quality standards in a dairy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

3 years of sanitary maintenance in a manufacturing environment with emphasis on CIP and chemical equipment troubleshooting.
Experience with preventive maintenance tasks including rebuilding valves, CIP pumps, fillers, and product line valves/gaskets in a dairy setting.
Must provide own basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

Perform general sanitation maintenance and preventative maintenance on CIP skids and production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair sanitizer and chemical systems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Work with limited supervision while adhering to safety and quality standards.
