Job summary

Cumberland Dairy is hiring a Sanitation Technician to ensure rigorous sanitation standards across machinery, equipment and facilities. You will safely operate power equipment, manage inventory and bulk chemical transfers, and follow GMPs to maintain a clean, compliant plant.

With DFA’s farmer-owned network, the role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team. Weekly shifts from 8am to 4:30pm, competitive pay, and benefits like 401(k) and paid vacation are provided.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Comfort with record-keeping and documentation.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant sanitation meets required standards for machinery and facilities.
• Safely operate power equipment as part of daily tasks.
• Handle inventory and transfers of bulk chemicals.
• Adhere to GMPs and safety protocols during shifts.
