Job summary

Mayfield-Dairy-Farms is seeking an adaptable production operator to support multiple plant duties in a fast-paced dairy manufacturing environment. You will perform line duties, assist with training, and help ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across production, packaging, and sanitation tasks.

Required are a high school diploma and 2–4 years of manufacturing experience, with ability to read, write and speak English, and to follow directions in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Comfort with basic math for measurements and unit conversions.

Responsibilities

• Perform line duties within the manufacturing environment, including skilled/senior-level processing and/or break relief operator tasks.
• Review process and equipment data to improve quality and throughput.
• Assist with training in functional area as needed.
• Monitor quality charts and specifications in both hard copy and electronic formats.
• Identify issues and participate in corrective actions to improve production, safety, quality and yields.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with GMP, health, safety and sanitation standards.
