Job summary

Meadow Gold Dairies Hawaii seeks a regular full-time Dairy Plant Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance and repair on plant equipment in Hawaii. You will work with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic systems and PLC-driven machinery, ensuring clean, safe operations and timely reporting of issues.

The role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance role in a manufacturing facility, preferably food/beverage.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic systems, PLC, and HVAC.
• Experience with equipment such as lubricating, cleaning, material handling, motor control, relay control, process control, and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose/repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Repair and adjust equipment; use hand/power tools and meters.
• Maintain communication with other departments and report concerns affecting production.
