Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors case packing equipment and Baumer machinery to package dairy products according to production specs.
• Conducts quality control inspections of equipment output and packaging to ensure proper case formation and seal integrity.
• Performs routine maintenance on case packers and Baumer systems including cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting.
• Accurately records production data, case counts, batch numbers, and equipment performance metrics.
• Follows GMP and food safety protocols, maintains clean work areas and proper hand hygiene.
