Job summary

Model Dairy LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to support Umpqua Dairy accounts through ordering, merchandising, and rotating dairy products. The role includes filling shelves and display cases, moving products from storage to the sales floor, and fostering positive relationships with store staff.

You will drive to customer locations, manage orders for next-day delivery, and assist the Sales Rep with clerical tasks while maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• 10-Key by touch is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive to and from various customers as assigned.
• Write milk orders for next day’s delivery.
• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Umpqua Dairy products.
• Maintain store shelves and storage cooler by rotating products.
• Maintain customer relationships by visiting with store personnel and up selling.
• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Provide clerical support to the Sales Rep as needed.
• Be on time for your assigned schedule.
