Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) seeks an Insights & Optimization professional to collect, analyze, and translate market, industry, operational, and business information into actionable insights that support decision-making and performance.

You will own workstreams from framing questions through analysis and communication, partnering across functions to connect insights to recommendations, planning, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, agribusiness, analytics, dairy science, marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in market research, business insights, or strategic analysis.
• Experience using multiple data sources to develop insights and recommendations.

• Compile and synthesize dairy market insights from domestic and global sources.
• Analyze market, industry, operational and customer information to identify trends and opportunities.
