DAIRY/FROZEN LEAD

Hourly Lead Person in the Dairy/Frozen Section working directly with the Packaged Goods Manager. Responsibilities include ordering, stocking, pricing, rotation, cooler organization, record keeping, inventory (Backstock Control), scanner maintenance, housekeeping, and customer relations on the sales floor, working with one or two helpers in the section. Secondary duties as assigned by the Packaged Goods Manager. Dairy and management experience preferred.

Requirements

1. Availability: Must be available to work 35+ hours per week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
2. Work Experience: Must be a senior aisle clerk with demonstrated leadership abilities; dairy experience preferred but not required.
3. Physical Demands: Repetitive lifting to 50 lbs; occasional lifting to 80 lbs.
