Minimum Requirements:

- Organize work, train, and schedule associates to provide prompt, courteous service.
- Respond appropriately to customer or associate comments, complaints, requests, and questions. Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
- Use Computer Assisted Ordering to manage merchandise and supplies, ensuring proper accounting of received products and inventory levels.
- Perform and supervise pricing and display of merchandise. Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality, and space allocation.
- Engage and counsel associates in effective merchandising, customer service, and promotional activities.
- Implement company programs and adhere to policies, especially regarding a harassment- and discrimination-free work environment.
- Provide input on department budgets, goals, and results to maximize sales and profits.
- Communicate effectively with associates and customers to create a positive impression.
- Maintain equipment and facilities according to company policies and safety standards.
- Keep floor, shelf, and display areas clean and sanitary.
- Maintain accurate department temperature logs across shifts.
- Assist with special projects such as inventories, store resets, remodels, and promotions.
- Supervise and coach direct reports, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.
