DAIRY/LEAD CLERK (Finance)

  • Engage and counsel associates on merchandising, customer service, and promotional activities.
  • Implement company programs and policies, especially regarding a harassment- and discrimination-free work environment.
  • Contribute to department budgets, goals, and results, maximizing sales and profits.
  • Communicate effectively with associates and customers to foster a positive environment.
  • Maintain equipment and facilities safely and properly.
  • Keep floor, shelf, and display areas clean and sanitary.
  • Maintain accurate department temperature logs across shifts.
  • Assist with inventories, store resets, remodels, and promotions.
  • Supervise and coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.
