Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Cow Health Specialist to lead on-farm onboarding, training, and long-term adoption of our cow health solutions in Kansas and Colorado. You will bridge account strategy with day-to-day field execution, ensuring protocols are followed and outcomes are achieved.

The role requires 2+ years in the dairy industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across TAM/SAM teams in a field-based setting. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the dairy industry focusing on cow health, nutrition, or farm operations.
• Ability to translate technical data for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert-level knowledge and drive adoption of focused portfolio segments in on-farm settings.
• Bridge strategy to on-farm execution and measurable health outcomes.
• Lead onboarding and training for Elanco products with TAM/SAM guidance.
• Independently manage the sales relationship for designated dairy accounts and support TAM-led accounts.
• Execute high-touch follow-up during the first 90 days to strengthen confidence and results.
