Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Dairy Focus Support to assist dairy customers in the Western Ohio/Eastern Indiana market. The role involves on-farm cow management, forage evaluations, and supporting adoption of best practices using dairy software.

Open to remote work with frequent travel to customer farms in Sidney, OH or Fort Wayne, IN. The candidate should have a dairy nutrition background, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and be able to travel daily with occasional overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to on-farm cow management and forage evaluations.

• Support adoption of dairy practices using industry software (Dairy Comp, TMR Tracker, CRM).
• Plan daily activities including farm visits and travel across the market.
• Monitor herd performance and communicate findings to senior staff.
• Handle basic on-farm observations and data entry; escalate complex issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of hands-on dairy management experience and technical proficiency. The Dairy Focus Support will participate in the day to day support to our new and existing dairy customers.
