Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferrred.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, or pull for long shifts.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, including overhead.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Pass pre-employment screens (drug, background, and criminal checks).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filler equipment across product families following GMP standards.
• Ensure product is clean, sterile and properly packaged; monitor weights and seals.
• Complete required documentation and quality checks on time.
• Perform line changeovers and prepare equipment for next run.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate issues and communicate problems timely.
• Maintain safe, sanitary work area and adhere to PPE and safety rules.
