Job summary

You will lead associates, manage sales, profit, and customer experience while upholding shop priorities for safety, friendliness, presentation and efficiency.

Essential duties include enforcing safety policies, training staff, maintaining proper product rotation, and ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and speaking English required.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to stand/walk for shift duration.
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and 60 lbs occasionally.

• Ability to lead and engage associates to meet department goals.
