Job summary

El Rancho Supermercado in Dallas is seeking a Cremeria Clerk to assist and support the Cremeria Department by providing a high level of customer service and practicing safe food handling procedures.

You will be responsible for ensuring cremeria products are sliced and available, pricing, maintaining quality and proper rotation in coolers, and keeping displays clean and presentable while receiving, unloading and stocking merchandise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 1+ years meat department experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures cremeria products are sliced and available.
• Product pricing.
• Ensures product's quality, protections, accuracy, and proper rotation in coolers.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
• Ensures great customer service.
• Keeps cremeria displays clean and presentable.
• Store cleaning supplies properly.
• Advertising department products.
• Responsible for receiving, unloading, stocking, filling, and rotating merchandise.
• Verifies cases, coolers, and refrigerators temperatures.
• Other duties as assigned.
