Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service in all interactions.
• Greets customers in a friendly manner and addresses them by name when possible.
• Assists customers by guiding them to products and handling requests to improve the shopping experience.
• Rotates and replenishes merchandise and ensures quality standards are met.
• Unloads trucks and stores products properly and maintains clean work areas.
• Builds end caps displays and assists with inventory as needed.
• Adheres to company policies and personal hygiene and dress guidelines.
• Reports to work as scheduled and on time.
