Job summary

Hugo's Family Marketplace in Grafton, ND is seeking a Dairy Clerk to keep the dairy section well-maintained, stocked, and safe for customers.

You will stock and rotate dairy products, maintain proper temperatures, assist shoppers, receive deliveries, and ensure clean, organized displays.

No prior dairy or retail experience is required; a High School diploma or GED is sufficient. The role is full-time with day shifts and benefits.

The Dairy Clerk at Hugo's Family Marketplace plays a crucial role in ensuring the dairy section is well-maintained, organized, and stocked with fresh products. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate dairy products, ensuring that expiration dates are checked and outdated or damaged items are removed.
• Maintain proper temperatures and cleanliness in coolers and display cases to ensure product quality and safety.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service to enhance their shopping experience.
• Receive and organize deliveries, ensuring that inventory is accurately accounted for and stored appropriately.
• Ensure that shelves and displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked to create an appealing shopping environment.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and handling guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work area.
