Job summary

Western Dairy Transport, LLC seeks a CIP Bay Attendant to thoroughly clean and sanitize dairy tankers in strict adherence to CIP procedures. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and safety across a busy yard environment.

The ideal candidate will operate wash systems, inspect equipment, manage logs, and perform swab tests to ensure tanker cleanliness while complying with HACCP, JPA, and OSHA standards. Training provided for the right team player.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and participate in random program.
• Read CIP operating manuals and understand tank trailer components.
• Able to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Comply with CIP wash procedures and operate clean-in-place systems.
• Clean hoses, carts, ladders, floors, and sinks around tanks.
• Respond to spills and sanitize affected areas promptly.
• Organize and store supplies, tools, and hoses in designated areas.
• Sanitize surfaces and equipment in the CIP control room.
• Record log data accurately for seal and wash logs.
• Operate terminal tractor to move tankers in the yard.
• Follow HACCP, JPA, and OSHA safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and swab testing.
• Adhere to PPE and safety protocols; perform other duties as assigned.
