Job summary

Heinen’s Inc. in Naperville, IL is seeking a part-time Dairy Associate to support the Dairy/Frozen department. You will prioritize daily tasks, assist with writing orders, and work closely with a team to stock, rotate, and merchandise while ensuring food safety standards.

The role requires flexibility to work Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings, with opportunities for promotion and growth within a large, family-owned grocery retailer established since 1929.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to frequent lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work non-traditional five-day schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team to complete daily tasks: scanning, shrink recording, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
• Monitor and maintain all food handling and temperature standards.

• Responsible for working as a team in order to complete daily tasks as needed, including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
• Monitor and maintain all food handling and temperature standards.
• Attend required corporate meetings and training classes.
• Comply with all personal and food safety company standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
