Responsibilities

• Execute dairy applications/formulations using portfolio ingredients to demonstrate ingredient performance.
• Support developers, flavorists, and project teams to move projects forward and deliver solutions on time.
• Assist with product evaluations, shelf-life studies, and technical troubleshooting as needed.
• Document application data, protocols, and technical insights.
• Organize and maintain lab materials and supplies for smooth operations.
• Stay current on market trends and translate into application opportunities.
• Travel to customers as needed and host outside consultants or customers.
