Job summary

Briggs Management & Associate Llc. is seeking a bartender to provide friendly service, prepare and serve vodka, frozen daiquiris, and other beverages, and maintain a clean bar area.

You will take guest orders, input into POS, manage cash, and upsell drinks while ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of bar experience, excellent communication skills, and a valid alcohol-serving certification.

Responsibilities

• Present menu, answer questions, make suggestions
• Offer samples and upsell beverage items
• Take drink orders at the bar and from servers
• Input orders into the POS system
• Prepare drinks as ordered
• Slice fruit for garnishes
• Keep bar clean and well-stocked
• Process bill and accept payments
• Reset bar after guests depart
• Thank guests and invite return visits
• Serve as barback and assist with cleaning as needed
