Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior work/life experiences, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Prior experience preferably with related software applications.
• Must be able to plan, organize, and conduct a variety of activities.
• Basic computer literacy and skills.
• Must possess an active state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized activity care and services for residents.
• Plan and conduct a variety of activities to support engagement.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to foster resident participation.
• Utilize basic computer tools to document activities as needed.
