Job summary

Addus HomeCare is hiring Home Care Aides in the Metro Detroit and Downriver areas. Open and virtual interviews are offered at our Detroit office in the Fisher Building. Positions include Home Care Aide and Certified Nurse Assistant with a long track record of serving communities for over 40 years.

We provide Daily Pay for select roles, flexible schedules, mileage or bus fare reimbursement, health benefits, paid training and opportunities to grow with advanced documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation: car or public transit.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Three references (2 professional, 1 personal) required at the time of application.
• Must successfully complete pre-service Home Care Aide training.
• Must be reliable, courteous, honest, energetic, and caring.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, dressing, bathing, grooming
• Provide and/or assist with light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, meal preparation, vacuuming, bed making
• Companionship
