Job summary

The Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will provide treatment and document patient progress as required by facility policy, collaborating with the rehabilitation team to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred
• Well versed with documentation writing

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of the OT.
• Provide feedback on patient progress via documentation as required by policy.
• Document patient progress on weekly progress notes in a timely fashion.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered treatment and care.
• Perform other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation
