Start your career with Per Mar today! The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises and identify risks to staff and patrons. Per Mar Security Services will provide all necessary training.
Bonus: $200 bonus if your PERC is valid and you have your 20 hours certificate.
Open hours
- Stand guard at security posts, direct visitors, issue access badges, and provide escorts as needed.
- Log visitor data and basic reports in the security system.
- Conduct foot patrols according to post orders.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies as directed.
- Identify and report safety hazards.
- Wear and maintain PPE as outlined and follow all PPE policies.
- Follow client site-specific duties outlined in post-orders.
- Work additional hours when necessary to fill open shifts.
- Maintain ethical conduct, act lawfully, and comply with company policies.
- Understand and adhere to attendance expectations.
- Interact respectfully with all customers and staff, promoting a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Familiarity with security equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Values: Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, Accountability.
- Willing to participate in pre-employment screening, including drug tests and background checks.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
