Redwood Strategy Group is seeking an analyst to join the DAI Help Desk team supporting Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Managerial Accounting Office (MAO).
The ideal candidate has 1 year of DoD Financial Management experience, is motivated to learn more, is adaptable, and a good communicator.
The primary function of this role will be to address DAI Help Desk tickets for financial and technical issues experienced by USMC DAI users.
Duties include research and reconciliation of contracts, invoices, and payment. We work cross‑functionally with other teams at MAO, as well as external stakeholders such as DFAS and DAI PMO, to resolve Unmatched Disbursements (UMDs), support the posting of obligations, and make corrections. The RSG team is also responsible for creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other process documentation as well as delivery of training internally at MAO and to the MCSC Programs we support.
