Job Location: Jackpot Junction - Morton, MN
Position Type: Part-Time
Salary Range: $16.00 - $26.22 Hourly
Job Shift: Varies (+Weekends)
Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • As needed, directly supervise and coordinate activities of Dacotah Dining staff to ensure the delivery of quality products and service.
  • Work opposite shift of Dacotah Dining Manager as needed.
  • Assume a leadership role among department staff.
  • Maintain and enforce department policies and procedures.
  • Promptly address all guest and team member concerns in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Maintain current knowledge of service procedures, menus, Micros operations and seating chart.
  • Maintain accurate payroll, personnel, cash handling and sales records.
  • Evaluate and adjust staff levels according to business needs.
  • Promote a high level of morale, productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform various lobby and dining area functions as needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior food and beverage experience required.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.

  • Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
  • Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Mobility throughout the facility.
  • High level of physical endurance.
  • Ability to walk extensively.
  • Ability to bend and stoop.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
