Job summary

Raad Labs is seeking a Flight Operations Coordinator to oversee daily UAV missions across Germany and Central Europe. You will coordinate pilot dispatch, weather checks, site access, and delivery timelines to ensure timely, compliant operations.

The role requires deep knowledge of EASA UAS rules, LBA processes, and German implementation, plus fluency in German and English. You will work remotely within the region and support energy-sector clients with strict safety and access controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in flight/UAV operations or comparable roles.
• Working knowledge of the EASA UAS framework and LBA processes.
• Professional fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily missions across the DACH region: pilot dispatch, weather calls, site access and delivery timelines.
• Manage regulatory compliance under EASA rules as implemented by LBA and Austrian/Swiss authorities.
• Plan operations around energy infrastructure and regulatory access limits for sites.
• Run recurring monitoring programs with clockwork reliability and tight capture specifications.
• Recruit and support pilots across the region, upholding safety standards.
