  • As a D365 Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the technical architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions in manufacturing/production environments. You will work closely with functional leads, developers, and client IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions that meet complex business needs

Essential Functions

  • Design and lead the technical architecture for Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, with a focus on manufacturing/production sector requirements
  • Define integration architecture using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Data Factory
  • Guide data migration strategies and develop ETL frameworks for large-scale ERP transitions
  • Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure end-to-end alignment of technical and business objectives
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of D365 F&O, including extensions using X++ and custom services
  • Ensure application performance optimization, monitoring, and security best practices are in place
  • Work closely with database teams to manage data consistency, backup/recovery strategies, and query optimization using Azure SQL and related technologies
  • Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, code branching strategies, and automated deployments
  • Participate in technical workshops, code reviews, solution walkthroughs, and quality assurance activities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 F&O implementations
  • Proven experience in Manufacturing/Production sector or Distribution related companies.
  • Strong hands-on experience as a technical architect, leading design and delivery of D365FO technical solutions
  • Expertise in Azure-based integration and data services including Azure SQL, Logic Apps, Key Vault, and Application Insights
  • Extensive experience in data architecture, data migration, and performance tuning within D365 environments
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing and production processes and their technical implications within an ERP solution
  • Proficient in X++, Power Platform, and lifecycle services (LCS)
  • Experience with source control systems (Azure DevOps), build/release pipelines, and environment management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration or performance issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience in client-facing technical leadership roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Certifications:

  • MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations
  • MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer
  • Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Developer Associate certification
