Join to apply for the D365 Solution Delivery Lead role at BDO USA.

ERP Solution Delivery Lead will be part of the Enterprise Business Applications team supporting digital transformation projects in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and complementary applications such as Customer Engagement and Power Platform. The individual in this role will work with a team of technology leaders, solution architects, software developers, business analysts, quality assurance, functional design, and other members to lead project work to successful completion. This role will be responsible for reviewing client needs, building and maintaining strong delivery, and ensuring client expectations are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with client personnel, including senior management
• Understand client expectations and communicate project updates regularly to ensure successful delivery
• Identify risks in engagements and develop plans to mitigate them
• Support the vision and design of project solutions
• Prepare and update project plans, maintain detailed work plans in Azure DevOps
• Create presentations for client meetings
• Participate in scrums, planning, and status meetings with project teams
• Manage project change plans, scope, and change orders
• Lead assessment, implementation, and optimization engagements
• Ensure adherence to BDO’s project governance and methodology
• Provide regular project status reports and presentations to clients
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to refining project governance and methodologies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of ERP solution delivery experience, or
• High School Diploma/GED and 6+ years of ERP experience

Experience

• 5+ years in comprehensive ERP solution delivery, including managing budgets, risks, scope, and quality
• Experience with project planning, scope, and management
• Business process analysis and design skills
• Client-facing consulting experience preferred

Certifications

• PMP preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience with solutions like Dynamics 365 F&O, Business Central, CE; NetSuite; CRM; Cybersecurity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; MS Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet preferred

Additional Skills

• Ability to work under deadlines, handle multiple projects, detail-oriented
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and business process mapping skills
