Job summary

EY is seeking a D365 Supply Chain Management Solution Architect to evaluate, design, customize, deploy and optimize Dynamics 365 SCM solutions for clients. You will bridge business needs with technical architecture, guiding decisions to align with outcomes and drive value.

The role emphasizes leadership in project delivery, cloud and security considerations, and collaboration across EY teams to deliver digital engagements and outcomes.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years of experience in solution architecture and ERP solutions.
• 5+ years of project experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM or similar.
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 SCM.
• Strong data architecture, cloud, cybersecurity and governance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
• Establish procedures affecting the immediate work area or broader function.
• Exercise judgment to select methods and evaluation criteria for results.
