Job summary

EY is seeking a D365 Supply Chain Management Solution Architect to evaluate, design, customize, deploy, and optimize Dynamics 365-based solutions. You will bridge business requirements to technical architecture and guide decisions that align with client outcomes.

You’ll work with EY digital teams to deliver engagements, lead solution design, and ensure successful implementations across the client lifecycle in a hybrid work model with a focus on collaboration and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years of experience in solution architecture and/or ERP software solutions.
• 5+ years of project experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (or AX equivalents).
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 SCM.
• Experience in Application and Tool Analysis, Cloud Computing Architecture, and Cybersecurity/Privacy Architecture.
• Strong data architecture design and modeling, with knowledge of design methodologies/tools.
• Familiarity with emerging tech, IT standards/governance, and platform architecture.
• Evidence of solution architecture design and technical feasibility analysis.
• Ability to map business requirements to technology and perform cost-benefit analysis.
• Strong relationship-building, client trust, and commercial sensibilities.
• Excellent communication, complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and digital fluency.
• Leadership, adaptability, and negotiation/influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex business problems and recommend policy changes.
• Establish procedures affecting the immediate work area or broader function.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results.
• Collaborate with teams to define methodologies, tools, and accelerators for Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM engagements.
