Job summary

EY is seeking a D365 Supply Chain Management Solution Architect (Manager level) to evaluate, design, customize, deploy and optimize Dynamics 365 SCM solutions for clients. You will bridge business needs and technical feasibility, guiding architecture decisions to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate across EY groups to pursue digital engagements, lead teams through multi‑phase implementations and shape delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 4–6 years relevant experience in solution architecture and/or ERP software solutions.
• 5+ years of project experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, AX2012 or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in Cloud Computing Architecture, Data Architecture and Cybersecurity Architecture.
• Strong capabilities in Data Architecture Design and Modelling and familiarity with Design Methodologies & Tools.
• Knowledge of Emerging Technologies, IT Standards and Governance, and Platform Architecture.
• Expertise in Solution Architecture Design and Technical Feasibility Analysis.
• Ability to define, analyze, and map Technology Business Requirements and Cost-Benefit Analysis.
• Skills in Building and Managing Relationships, Client Trust and Commercial Astuteness.
• Excellent communication skills with impact.
• Track record of Complex Problem-Solving and Digital Fluency.
• Leadership qualities: Driving Outcomes, Emotional Agility, Leading Teams.
• Adaptability and Learning Agility; managing Change and Negotiation.
